Renee's place was wonderful! We were there for work, and having a centrally located place to stay was great. It was easy to get everywhere we needed to, and we felt safe in the neighborhood. Our dogs loved it, especially the backyard.

Renee was a wonderful and flexible host to our family gathering in Greenville for a funeral. The house was as described in a convent location. She always responded quickly to messages. An overall wonderful experience.

Everything was just as Renee described. The house was beautiful and was very clean. The extra attention to details is not something you find very often in rentals and we appreciated it!

We had an incredible time staying here! The house is in a perfect location with an absolutely beautiful view and was easily one of the highlights of our trip; there’s nothing like waking up to that scenery. The home itself was spotless and very clean, which we really appreciated. Our host, Renee, was fantastic. She was extremely helpful throughout our stay and made sure we had everything we needed to feel right at home. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway with a great host and stunning views, we can’t recommend this place enough. We’d definitely stay here again!

What an absolute GEM of a property! This has everything we could have asked for and more!! The space was pristine, just the right amount of furniture/decor and great touches to make you feel right at home. We loved how easy it was to get to Swamp Rabbit Trail (super quick walk)! Easiest 5-stars yet…we’ll definitely be back!!

We were in town for a wedding and had the opportunity to stay here with our two dachshunds! The place was very cozy and had all the amenities we needed.

We had a great weekend here! We easily walked to amazing downtown restaurants and the river. We parked our car Friday night and didn’t have to touch it again until Sunday when we left. Then we got to come back from downtown to Renee’s peaceful, quiet, clean place. The neighborhood is sooo pretty with historic buildings and the apartment was adorable and just perfect for the 2 of us. Definitely recommend.

The home was very clean! There was no smell of pets whatsoever, property is exactly as pictured. Neighborhood is very quiet & quaint. There were a couple people walking their dogs in the area, not busy at all while being so close to everything. We stayed with our family of 5 & 2 pups. Our little ones loved having an upstairs game room. We really appreciated the short drive to Paris Mountain State Park. We would def stay here again!

This place was perfect for us, our 1.5yo son and our two pups. We could walk to everything in downtown Greenville and really enjoyed the Gather Greenville market just down the street. We would definitely stay here again!
