5BR Group Getaway, Pet-Friendly Ideal for Weddings

Welcome to the Village Inn! We can't wait to share this historic home with you. As said above, we are right near the Village of West Greenville, and are located on a fenced-in corner lot on the main road. Due to this, you can expect some traffic noise, as well as foot traffic in the neighborhood. Please take a moment to check out our floor plan as well as the description below so that you can best plan for your stay! When you arrive at our home, you will find parking for at least 3 cars on the gravel driveway to the left. Additional street parking is available as well. Once inside, you will find our main living room, which features: -A couch and 2 armchairs -Electric fireplace (with customizable heating output!) -Smart TV, ready for you to log in to your streaming services (no cable) -Coffee Table -Bar seating for 4 The living room leads into our open kitchen, which contains all you will need to whip up a great meal, including: -Place settings and silverware for 16 -Baking supplies -Pots, pans, and skillets -Keurig -Toaster -Glasses and wine glasses -Spices + Oil Our kitchen also features a dining nook with a "buffet style" table and bench, seating 4-6. Off of the kitchen, you will find the Laundry Room and closest full bathroom. This leads down into the Family Room, where you will find: -A full sectional sofa + ottoman -Large Smart TV -High top table for 4 under our Neon Light -Dog bed, if needed -Games for you and your guests to enjoy :) We also have a large, freshly sodded fenced in backyard with patio seating for 5 :) In addition to these gathering areas, we have 5 bedrooms, which are detailed below. ~The First Floor~ The first floor contains 3 bedrooms The Double Queen Room This room is located right off of the main living room and contains: -2 Queen Beds -Nightstand with Reading Lamps -Full size dresser w/ mirror The King Room This room is attached to the Queen room (you must walk through it to get to this room) and has the en suite bathroom at the end of it (those in the Queen room would go through the King room to get to this bathroom). This room contains: -1 King Bed -2 Nightstands and Reading Lamps The en suite bathroom features a closet and single vanity sink, and a separate room for the traditional tub/shower combo and toilet. The Double Full Room On the other end of the home, off of the family room, is our Double Full room which contains: -2 Full Beds -Nightstand and reading light -Cube storage with fabric drawers This room would use the full bathroom located off of the nearby laundry room. This bathroom features a single vanity, toilet, and standard tub/shower combination ~The Second Floor~ Off of the kitchen is a door that leads to the upstairs-- please note these stairs are steep, and taller than normal. The two rooms at the top share a brand-new bathroom in between, containing a single vanity, toilet, and tub-shower combination. To the right is the King Room, serving as second Master. It contains: -King Bed -2 Nightstands and Reading Lamps -Tall Dresser To the left is our Kid's Room, which contains: -3 Twin daybeds -Play rug and kid friendly decor -Floor lamp -2 floor cushions -Cubbies with toys ranging from stuffed animals to hot wheels to building blocks -Baby gate for safety. A pack n play is also available for your use :) *Pets are welcome in our home with a one-time fee, automatically applied when you add your pet as a guest during booking As you can see, we've thought of everything, so you don't have to.
