Live like a local and enjoy a gorgeous 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment less than one block from North Main St. Our home features 2 bedrooms, each with en suite bathrooms, a lovely kitchen that opens to our living room, and a balcony overlooking E Washington St. We know you'll enjoy being right in the heart of it all in this unit located right above Sully's Steamers and Charles Schwab. Downtown is truly right at your fingertips!

Good to know

Guests will enter our condo from an elevator off of Main Street. Parking is available in the nearby Spring St Garage for $7/day. Once inside, guests will enjoy a beautiful kitchen with bar seating for four, a lovely sectional sofa and accent chair, and a TV that they can use to access their personal streaming services (no cable). Off of the living room is a small balcony overlooking the downtown area. The bedrooms are located on each side of the living room. The left bedroom has a Queen bed, nightstands, and a chair in the corner. The attached bathroom has a single vanity, toilet, and stall shower. On the other side of the unit is our second bedroom, featuring a Queen bed and a sofa. This bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom with a toilet, single vanity, and stall shower. Laundry is available for guests and is located in the closet right off of the kitchen. We think of everything, so you don't have to. So get ready, pack your bags, and come experience Greenville from our amazing condo!

We have been considering moving to downtown Greenville and this visit helped to convince us that Greenville could be great place to live. The condo was perfect and the location is close to everything. I only wish we had additional time to explore even more of what Greenville has to offer. Looking forward to coming back soon!

Beautiful condo. Brought my family with me on a business trip. They were steps away from everything Greenville is popular for. I was steps away from my working location. The condo was quiet and easily accessible even for a family member in a wheelchair. The parking garage entrance on S. Brown St was closed but the entrance on S. Spring St allowed us to park near the elevator on the S. Brown St side. The hostess has thought of everything and we were able to wash and dry our clothes for the next leg of our trip. The balcony was so enjoyable in the evening after a tiring day and the beds were comfy and showers perfect. Thank you!

We had the best time. Renee’s unit was perfect for what we had planned. We did a ton of local eating/drinking and walking. The balcony was perfect. There was only one thing and while the unit was perfect it did get some nighttime activity over the weekend. The bagel place below has a nighttime following after the local bars close because they stay open until 3am. If you are traveling from a city you would most likely not even notice this but we are not so it did keep us up a bit at night. There was not an issue at all during the week it was just the weekend nights. There is a huge police presence so there isn’t a safety issue it was just a little loud for our preference. The unit was in a perfect spot to do everything we wanted and centrally located so walking was so easy. We had a fantastic time and we were able to do everything on the birthday boys list!

Loved our stay here— perfect location for exploring downtown on foot and easily accessible to the surrounding areas via car. We have 2 little kids who shared a room (loved the pull-out trundle bed under the couch in the second bedroom!) Parking was easy on the street overnight and in the parking garage around the corner. The balcony was lovely and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Renee gave us very thorough instructions that made it super easy to locate and access the building and the condo. The condo was lovely with a great kitchen and living room and spotless bathrooms! We particularly enjoyed the balcony with views of Main Street. It was located right in the middle of downtown with restaurants, shops and local attractions within easy walking distance. We travel to Greenville often and will definitely stay here again!

This condo was perfect for our stay in downtown Greenville. We really enjoyed the spaciousness and the balcony, which was nicely furnished. We used it every morning! The place looks just like the photos. Renee and her team were wonderful hosts - very communicative and friendly. Renee sent us a well thought-out Greenville Guide that she created, which was filled with many restaurant recommendations and things to do around town. If you want to stay in the heart of Greenville, this is a great place! The Saturday morning market runs for several blocks and starts right outside the entrance to the building. And we were able to walk to so many great restaurants. On a cautious note - it was noisy in the evenings, especially when the motorcycles revved their engines; also noisy in the early mornings when trucks delivered food to the restaurant below the condo. Washington Street is a very busy street through downtown Greenville, so we were prepared for the area to be filled with city noise.

Wow! We’ve stayed at over 60 Air BnBs and this is one of the best we’ve been to. The location is fantastic - walkable to many great shops, restaurants and breweries. The place itself was great - clean, spacious, comfortable beds and linens and a great balcony. The hosts were very communicative and the check-in instructions were perfect. We will be back to Greenville and we will stay here! Such a fantastic place!

Urban retreat is at the center of downtown Greenville. Everything inside is new and clean. It’s also very convenient to find a parking lot on the street in the night right out of the main entrance. Renee and Hanna provide a family style caring. I had wonderful experience of communicating with Renee. This is definitely a best choice for me!

Find us

Since you are in downtown, everything is an easy walk away, including a pharmacy (CVS), and grocery store (Publix), however, there is more to Greenville than just the Downtown area, so we recommend that you bring a car to more fully explore the area.
