Live like a local and enjoy a gorgeous 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment less than one block from North Main St. Our home features 2 bedrooms, each with en suite bathrooms, a lovely kitchen that opens to our living room, and a balcony overlooking E Washington St. We know you'll enjoy being right in the heart of it all in this unit located right above Sully's Steamers and Charles Schwab. Downtown is truly right at your fingertips!

Good to know

Guests will enter our condo from an elevator off of Main Street. Parking is available in the nearby Spring St Garage for $7/day. Once inside, guests will enjoy a beautiful kitchen with bar seating for four, a lovely sectional sofa and accent chair, and a TV that they can use to access their personal streaming services (no cable). Off of the living room is a small balcony overlooking the downtown area. The bedrooms are located on each side of the living room. The left bedroom has a Queen bed, nightstands, and a chair in the corner. The attached bathroom has a single vanity, toilet, and stall shower. On the other side of the unit is our second bedroom, featuring a Queen bed and a sofa for extra seating - not a pull out. This bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom with a toilet, single vanity, and stall shower. Laundry is available for guests and is located in the closet right off of the kitchen. We think of everything, so you don't have to. So get ready, pack your bags, and come experience Greenville from our amazing condo!

Renee's place was incredibly nice. We were amazed at the level of detail and the pristine condition of everything from the fully stocked kitchen to the fluffy white towels to the comfy bed and the outdoor balcony space. Renee was super responsive and pleasant to work with and very accommodating to our needs. We will definitely consider staying here again when visiting Greenville.

Location was excellent! Close to everything and less than a block from Main Street. The condo was very nice and roomy. Parking was so convenient and close by. Place was exactly as described and kitchen was nicely stocked! Renee was very responsive. Would definitely recommend this place again.

My husband and I have come to Greenville in March for many years and the last 3 years we have come to this condo. It is the perfect location if you want to walk and shop, and is also very close to the Swamp Rabbit Trail if you are a bike rider, as my husband is. Renee's place is a peaceful little oasis in the middle of a very busy city!

Renee’s place id in a perfect location! We were able to walk to the best coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping! Renee’s notebook of recommendations was very helpful! The condo was clean and we loved having a great kitchen!

This was a great condo for our weekend stay in Greenville. The place was just like the photos and was as expected. Renee was very helpful and quick to answer any questions we had. I will say it was a tad noisy at night (as it’s above a popular late night food spot), but nothing too distributive. Noise machines in the bedrooms would be an amazing touch for this property. Overall, this condo was perfect for our weekend and would happily book again.

Since you are in downtown, everything is an easy walk away, including a pharmacy (CVS), and grocery store (Publix), however, there is more to Greenville than just the Downtown area, so we recommend that you bring a car to more fully explore the area.
