This was exactly what I needed from what I’ve had going on lately! Renee was extremely helpful and omg she was spot on with communication and her home was just the right place for what I wanted and needed. Greenville was exactly how she described and all her recommendations were wonderful as well. Need a getaway, don’t hesitate to contact Ms. Renee, definitely won’t miss with her place.

We had a fantastic stay at this charming studio in Greenville! The space is thoughtfully laid out and beautifully maintained, with a comfy queen bed, sleek kitchen, and in-unit washer/dryer that made our short stay feel really convenient. The private entrance and quiet neighborhood gave us a peaceful home base, and the free parking was a big plus. The location is ideal — just a few miles from downtown Greenville with great spots like Chestnut Coffeehouse, Stella’s Southern Brasserie, and Legacy Park all within easy reach. It was perfect for exploring the city on foot and hitting the Swamp Rabbit Trail without any hassle. Renee was an excellent host — communication was fast, check-in was smooth with the smart lock, and the place was spotless. Perfect spot for a visit to the area. The neighborhood was fantastic with on-site banking, restaurants and a coffee spot. The apartment was great! Just as advertised, the description was accurate. Renee responded to all questions and concerns promptly. I love her puppies, they would greet me when I got home from work everyday asking for chin scratches through the fence. Great stay, only wish it was available sooner. 100% recommend!

Really lovely and private apartment. It was spacious and light with all the amenities one could want. There is a great coffee shop, nail salon, and restaurants a block away as well as walking trails and a park. All this is in a very safe neighborhood minutes from downtown Greenville and all it has to offer.
