My husband and I really enjoyed this place. I was very clean, cute, comfortable and in a nice location. We would definitely love to stay here again when we come back to Greenville.

I enjoyed my long term stay. As a travel nurse, this studio apartment was great. The location is safe, walkable, and very nice. The house is one street away from Legacy Park, coffee shops and some restaurants. I enjoyed walking in Legacy park every day. Renee was very responsive, and answered any questions. The airbnb and location of the airbnb was one of the best I have ever stayed. You can occasionally can hear the family in the attached house, however, they were very respectful and friendly, so it was never a big issue. The house is about 10-15 min away from downtown Greenville, but the neighborhood was so peaceful and nice (best of both worlds if you want to be close to a city and live in a good, safe neighborhood). I have nothing but great things to say about this airbnb. I would love to come back, and truly did not want to leave!

I stayed here for a month and enjoyed my stay. The studio is lovely and it is in a beautiful neighborhood. It is also close to downtown Greenville. The studio was clean and had everything you might need.

The Studio was just great after a busy week and traveling to the destination. We enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood with a beautiful park nearby and a local coffee shop. The Studio was stocked with snacks and beverages for us which was a welcome surprise to hold us until a trip to the grocery for a few things of our own. The location is easy to find and near everything allowing you to be near shopping, restaurants and all Greenville and the surrounding communities have to offer. It was a pleasure staying at the Studio and finding the place to be exactly as portrayed in the images and descriptions. Thank you Renee. Your place was very relaxing for us and we will hope to return soon.
