Welcome to Hawthorne Hollow, a warm and inviting Greenville retreat where there’s just as much to enjoy at home as there is around the city. With four bedrooms, two full and two half baths, two separate living spaces, and accommodations for up to eight guests, the home offers a comfortable setting for time together with plenty of thoughtful spaces to enjoy throughout your stay. The main living area welcomes you with comfortable seating and plenty of natural light, while a second living space downstairs creates another place to hang out. Settle in for a movie, break out the board games, or let part of the group take over downstairs while others relax upstairs. Both living areas feature Smart TVs with Roku capability, so guests can stream their favorite shows and movies using their own personal logins. Streaming subscriptions are not provided. The fireplace adds a cozy touch to the living space but is decorative only and is not available for guest use. The lower level also features a wet bar with a beverage refrigerator and direct access outside, making it an especially fun extension of the home’s entertaining space. At the heart of the home is a well-stocked kitchen with plenty of cookware, dishes, glassware, and everyday essentials for preparing meals during your stay. Start the morning with your choice of drip coffee or Keurig, gather around the dining table for breakfast, or take dinner outside when the weather is calling. A full-size washer and dryer are also available for guest use, making it easy to keep up with laundry during your stay. Four comfortable bedrooms sleep up to eight guests, with each level adding a little more privacy and character to the home. From the main entry level, a half-flight of stairs leads to three bedrooms. The primary suite features a King bed and private en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and oversized walk-in shower. A second bedroom offers a Full bed and dedicated workspace, while the third features a Queen bed. These two bedrooms share a nearby full hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Continue upstairs to a private upper-level bedroom with a Queen bed, tucked away beneath the home’s charming roofline. Two additional half baths throughout the home add extra convenience. Younger guests have a space designed especially for them, too. The dedicated kids’ reading nook is a cheerful little retreat of its own, with books, comfortable seating, and colorful details, while the backyard playset gives them another place to have fun outside. And outside is where Hawthorne Hollow really shines. The large fenced backyard is shaded by mature trees and thoughtfully arranged with multiple places to enjoy the outdoors. Spend the afternoon soaking in the hot tub, fire up the grill and enjoy dinner outside, or settle into the Adirondack chairs for an evening around the fire. Outdoor dining and lounge areas, string lights, a playset, and plenty of lawn create a backyard that feels like another living space all its own. The location makes it easy to enjoy Greenville beyond the backyard, too. Bob Jones University is just 1 mile away, while Downtown Greenville and Falls Park are approximately 5 miles from the home. Restaurants, shopping, the Swamp Rabbit Trail, and many of Greenville’s favorite destinations are within easy reach, giving you a convenient home base for exploring the city before coming back to Hawthorne Hollow to relax. Hawthorne Hollow’s multi-level design creates distinct spaces for relaxing, entertaining, and unwinding throughout the home. Please note that stairs connect the different levels, so guests should be comfortable navigating stairs during their stay. Please note that pets are not permitted at Hawthorne Hollow due to an extreme allergy associated with the home. We appreciate guests respecting this requirement and not bringing animals onto the property.
