Cozy Downtown Loft for Two + Pets, Walk to Main St

Whether you’re in town to see a show at Bon Secours Wellness Arena or to spend some time in award-winning Downtown Greenville, The Loft @ Pettigru offers you the perfect nook to rest and recharge. Parking can be found in 2 designated spots in the adjoining parking lot in front of the detached garage where the apartment is located. You will walk up your private staircase to enter the loft. Once inside you will find: -Living Room- Once you enter the home, take a look to the left and find the living space, perfect for spending time with those you love. It includes a sofa, a coffee table, an area rug, and a smart TV (no cable, guests login to their own streaming services). -Dining- Take a look to your right from the doorway, and you'll find a table for two to enjoy a meal, card game, or conversation. -Kitchen- Joined to the dining and living space is the kitchen. The open set up ensures that the chef is never isolated from the fun! Our loft features a fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, spices, oil, salt, pepper, and much more to make cooking a breeze. As you inspect the kitchen, you will find a section of the counter top fully equipped with a coffee station. -Bedroom- Right off of the living/dining space, you will find a nice sized room with a queen size bed, nightstand, and small reading lamp, in window AC unit. -Hall/Shared Bathroom- Inside of the bathroom you will find a single vanity, a shower, and a toilet. * Pets are welcome in our home with a one-time fee, automatically applied when you add your pet as a guest during booking *Home has two AC units, one in the bedroom window, and one in the main living area. Our space is the perfect set up for a cozy getaway for two :) We cannot wait to welcome you to The Pettigru Loft!
