Welcome to Valley Dale Cove, a peaceful lakefront retreat in Anderson designed for easy days on the water and relaxing time together. With 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a private covered dock, multiple outdoor living spaces, and beautiful views through the trees, this inviting home offers the perfect setting to slow down and enjoy lake life while still being convenient to Clemson University and the surrounding Upstate. Inside, the open-concept living area creates a comfortable gathering space with plenty of seating and a large Smart TV. The adjoining kitchen is bright and well-equipped, with generous counter space, a large island with bar seating, full-size appliances, and a spacious pantry. Just beyond the kitchen, the dining area overlooks the backyard and lake, making it easy to stay connected whether you're cooking dinner, sharing a meal, or planning the next day by the water. The home offers four comfortable sleeping spaces with a layout that provides plenty of flexibility. The primary suite features a king bed, Smart TV, spacious ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower, and direct access to its own private screened veranda. A second king bedroom and queen bedroom are located toward the front of the home and share the second full bathroom. Just off the living room, the fourth bedroom doubles as a flexible work and sleeping space, featuring a sleeper sofa, Smart TV, and dedicated workspace. It's a convenient setup for guests who need to catch up on work during their stay while also providing additional sleeping accommodations when needed. A full-size washer and dryer are also available for guest use. One of the best parts of Valley Dale Cove is the variety of ways to enjoy the outdoors. Step onto the open deck for dinner at the outdoor table or fire up the propane grill, then retreat to the private screened veranda for a quiet evening overlooking the wooded surroundings. A covered lower patio offers yet another place to relax and includes a charcoal grill for guest use, while the walkway continues down toward the lake and private covered dock. Down by the water, guests can enjoy fishing from the dock, relaxing along the shoreline, or simply settling into a chair and taking in the peaceful lakefront setting. Life jackets, lake floats, beach towels, fishing poles, and other lake-day essentials are provided for guest use. Please note that the lake is currently at Drought Level 2, resulting in lower water levels around the property. At this time, motorized boats are unable to access the home's private dock. The public boat launch remains accessible and is located less than a mile from the home. Lake levels and dock accessibility are subject to change based on weather and lake conditions. Smart TVs are located throughout the home for easy entertainment, including in the living spaces, bedrooms, and screened veranda. The TVs offer access to popular streaming services; however, no cable or streaming subscriptions are provided. Guests will need to log in using their own streaming service accounts during their stay. Valley Dale Cove is pet-friendly, so your furry companion is welcome to join the getaway. Simply add your pet when making your reservation so the applicable pet fee is included. If you decide to bring a pet after booking, just let us know, and we can add the pet fee to your reservation. While the lakefront setting feels tucked away from the everyday, the home is also conveniently located for visits to Anderson and Clemson University, making it a great home base for Clemson game weekends, graduations, campus visits, or simply a relaxing Upstate escape. Whether your perfect lake day means casting a line from the dock, enjoying dinner outside, relaxing along the water, or settling onto the screened veranda as the evening winds down, Valley Dale Cove gives you plenty of space to slow down, connect, and enjoy your time by the lake.
