This was the perfect place to stay! We had a couple issues with our code but the host and management team were very quick to answer and fix the issue. The only negative thing was the curtain situation. None of the rooms had blackout curtains so it was quite bright at night bc of the street lights. We would definitely stay here again!

Renee’s place was in a perfect location. Parked and walked to everything downtown. The pictures are exactly what you will find. Also, Renee communicated well and responses were quite informative and fast.

12 Claremont Dr in Greenville was the perfect spot for us - 6 adults, 1 toddler and 1 infant. The huge backyard was great for the toddler to run around in, the screened porch perfect to watch her from. The large living room sectional was big enough to hold all of us comfortably. I enjoy Airbnb’s as you’re not stuck in a hotel room during down time and it allows you to actually spend time with family. The home was very clean and was basically just as beautiful as the pictures portrayed. Our host, Renee was great about responding to questions all the way back to when we first applied to rent this home. If you’ve got more than just a few people, you can’t go wrong with this home.

This is the second year that I stayed at Renee's place while attending the SEC Women's basketball tournament. I recommend her place and will definitely be staying there anytime I am in the area.

We certainly enjoyed our four nights in the condo. We didn’t cook - just used microwave and fridge for breakfast and our wine and cheese time on the balcony but kitchen is perfectly stocked. Comfortable bed, spacious shower. We will check availability next time we visit Greenville.

This is our second time staying at this house. We love it because it is pet friendly and within walking distance to Bon Secour Wellness Arena. The house is perfect and meets all of our needs. Renee and her team truly think of everything to make our stay perfect! I will stay in this house every time I visit Greenville!

We really appreciated this quaint little spot. We were in town for the SEC tournament and had rented Renee’s place last year as well. Perfect for what we needed and close to downtown and TR. Thanks for hosting us!

We had the most wonderful stay in this charming little cottage! It was absolutely adorable, spotless, and had every amenity you could think of. Renee truly goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. From snacks, water, cokes, and juice waiting for us to sweet little touches like mints on the bed, every detail was thoughtful and appreciated. The cottage was cozy, comfortable, and full of Southern charm. It was the perfect place to come back to and relax after a fun weekend in Greenville attending the SEC Women’s Basketball Tournament. Our stay here truly helped make the trip extra special. We would highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a beautiful, well-appointed place to stay and would love to come back again!

Renee's place was fantastic. In town and a short walk to Swamp Rabbit Trail. There were snacks, drinks, coffee supplies, extra paper products, trash bags. You don't find those things in most other rentals. She is a great host who checks in with you. We will be back!

All rentals should be this well managed. Renee was a pleasure to work with, and the place was cleaner than most. No cover up smells like a lot of places. The furniture was comfortable from the patio to the bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked as well. All in all, a place that actually earned a 5-star rating rather than just insisting you write one like some other stays have done. Well done Renee and staff.
