This exquisite retreat, enveloped by serene sidewalks, can graciously host up to 10 guests, serving as the ideal getaway for groups, families, or friends. Welcoming Spaces: Upon arrival, guests are embraced by abundant parking space in our spacious roundabout. The interior reveals two expansive living rooms fitted with comfortable seating and a smart TV for streaming favorites. Adjacent is a fully-equipped, exquisite kitchen with a plethora of amenities including a gas range, instant pot, and Keurig, ensuring a delightful cooking experience. Multiple dining areas offer casual to formal seating options, catering to diverse needs. Outdoor Serenity: A charming sunroom leads to our enchanting screened-in porch. Outfitted with comfortable furnishings, a smart TV, and adaptable electric screens, this space offers a harmonious blend of entertainment and relaxation, allowing guests to revel in the pleasant weather or find solace during rainfall. Accommodations and Privacy: Oak Haven hosts three sophisticated bedrooms, each complemented by distinctive amenities, and an additional sleeper sofa in the living room. The diverse bedrooms offer varying bed sizes, reading lamps, and beautiful furnishings. Bathrooms are well-appointed, featuring accessible layouts and high-quality fittings, ensuring guests' comfort and convenience. Pet-Friendly Environment: We warmly welcome your pets, with a nominal one-time fee assessed post-booking($250 fee; $100 per additional pet). While guests enjoy the full freedom of the ground floor, I reside in a separate basement apartment below, maintaining my own entrance and pet area, ensuring complete privacy and minimal interaction unless needed. Note: Guests can relish outdoor moments with their pets in the front yard or indulge in pleasant walks along the sidewalks. Smoking is permitted outside, provided all exterior doors are closed and buds are disposed of safely (i.e., not in a trash bag/paper cup/or other flammable container). Smoking indoors or leaving buds in the yard is prohibited and will incur a $250 fine. Please do not tamper with the ring camera, smart lock, or wifi router.

We stayed at Oak Haven for approximately eight weeks. The location is fantastic. We could easily bike or walk to the Swamp Rabbit Trail and could walk to the waterfall/downtown in about 15 minutes. Rideshares were $5-$10 to and from the city 95% of the time and would arrive within 6-10 minutes when called. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and the internet was fast and reliable. Communication with the host was easy and they were always very responsive. We had a small hiccup with furniture on our arrival but the situation was corrected to our satisfaction in a reasonable amount of time. Overall our stay was great and we would recommend Oak Haven for future stays.

We stayed for three months. It was perfect for our needs. The location was excellent....close to Shriners Hospital, close to Swamp Rabbit Trail, close to the supermarket and close to the YMCA. I would definately recommend it to other people. Renee lives below and was always very responsive to any messages and helpful. The house was spacious for 5 people with plenty of rooms to carry out our hobbies. The area was fabulous...beautiful neighbourhood. It was an attractive walk to the supermarket along leafy streets and beautiful walking and cycling on Swamp Rabbit Trail.

Everything was advertised with no issues. Great neighborhood and close walk to Cleveland Park. All Ubers to and from dtown were less than $10. Very spacious layout. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

I would love to check out all Renee's places because this one was just so cool that I bet they are all that way. Check in/out was very simple. Communication was on spot, anytime we had a question or concern the host/co-host quickly responded with an answer or resolved any issue immediately. This place was very clean and well organized. It looks like plenty of space in the pictures but SO much bigger even in person. Very open and spacious, plenty of hangout rooms and dining space, just wish we had more time there to be able to really use more of the space. Renee was an excellent host, the space was awesome and perfect location to downtown Greenville and accessible to get out quickly if wanting to leave town.

Renee’s place was fantastic. Renee & Claire we’re super communicative and very flexible (when they didn’t have to be!!). Renee went above & beyond to provide information about the area to ensure we had a great time in Greenville. The house itself is fantastic and in a great location. Highly recommend!

We loved this house! The location is amazing, and the layout of the house is great too. It’s even bigger than it looks. The house was well equipped with everything we needed-Comfy nice towels, some sodas and water in the fridge, and even some snacks for the people and dogs in the family! The beds were super comfortable! We brought our bikes and were able to easily bike to the swamp rabbit trail, which is amazing. Lots of great restaurants in the neighborhood. The booklet that Renee provided was amazing, and helped us find other really cool places around. We will definitely be back!

Find us

While Downtown is a walkable distance, the sidewalks aren't the most consistent. We recommend a car for experiencing all that Greenville has to offer, or perhaps a bike, for heading into Downtown via the Swamp Rabbit Trail.
