The living room, accentuated by bay windows, features a plush sectional sofa and a cozy armchair. A 43-inch smart TV is perched above a decorative fireplace, ready for your favorite streaming services (please note, no cable). Adjacent to the living space is the dining area, boasting a table for four and an additional kitchen peninsula seating for three. The kitchen is well-equipped with essential appliances, including a stove, refrigerator, and microwave. However, be aware that there's no dishwasher. A convenient laundry room sits just off the kitchen. Beyond the kitchen, discover our sun-drenched rec room, encompassed by sliding doors. Revel in fun with our ping pong table and unwind at the bar-top with seating for two. This room opens up to a side deck, furnished with a patio sofa, chairs, and a coffee table - an inviting nook for quality time. The home’s layout presents a split floor plan for the bedrooms. The commodious Master bedroom is furnished with a King bed, Smart TV, and accompanying amenities. Its attached bathroom houses a sizable tub/shower combo. Opposite this is the Twin room, showcasing two beds and essential furnishings, and the Queen room, styled for comfort.
